Job Title: Head of Finance & Fundraising

Experience:

Qualifications

CA 9 to 20 years in strategic finance, FP&A, business finance, or fundraising roles.
Experience with VC/PE-backed companies and global investor interactions must have done fund raising for SAAS based company and experience of
digital wallets, payments
Experience supporting or preparing for
IPO
.
Prior role as Head of Finance, Strategic Finance Lead, FP&A Head, or Fundraising Lead in a startup.
This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in SaaS/FinTech startups and a deep understanding of unit economics, financial modelling, and long-term planning.

Contribute to IPO readiness and financial governance processes.

Support board reporting, compliance preparation, and strategic projects.
Strong experience in
fundraising, financial modelling, investor relations, and FP&A
.
Deep understanding of
SaaS/FinTech digital wallets, payments
, or stored-value ecosystems.

Hands-on, startup-friendly approach with strong analytical capability.
