CA ESP Administrator

As a CA ESP Administrator in Australia, your role will involve specialized batch administration for support. Your key responsibilities will include: - Performing ESP agent installation and troubleshooting. - Collaborating with Architects, Vendors, and the Operations team for Patch implementation. - Providing Batch Operations, Scheduling, and administration support. - Managing the ESP tool and providing platform support. - Handling production support activities for the Banking domain based on CA ESP. - Provisioning access to ESP. - Day-to-day Scheduler Administration. - Implementing ESP Platform fixes supplied by Vendors. - Identifying and investigating capacity and performance-related issues. - Implementing proposed changes to reduce costs or improve performance. - Conducting root cause analysis and identifying permanent resolutions to prevent incident recurrence. - Monitoring SNOW/Remedy queue for day-to-day issues. - Managing Problem management activities. - Handling Incident management, including managing P1/P2/P3/P4 outages and issues. - Involvement in change management activities to ensure production systems work as expected post-changes. Qualifications and Experience required for this role include: - Strong knowledge in CA ESP Batch Scheduling tool. - Experience in Installation of new ESP Agents and troubleshooting. - Experience in scheduler client installation. - Prior experience as a Level 3 Application Support Analyst. - Understanding of Batch Management and scheduling expertise using Control-M V-9 and above.
