Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Finalization of Financial Statements

Prepare and finalize standalone and consolidated financial statements in accordance with Ind AS.
Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely completion of financial reporting.

Compliance and Accounting Standards

Stay updated with the latest amendments in
Ind AS
, Companies Act, and other relevant statutory regulations.
Ensure all accounting practices align with corporate policies and legal requirements

International Transfer Pricing

Handle transfer pricing documentation and ensure compliance with international tax regulations.
Coordinate with consultants and internal teams for global transfer pricing matters.

Management Information System (MIS) Reporting

Prepare and present monthly MIS reports to management with detailed analysis of financial performance and key metrics.
Provide insights and recommendations to support business decisions.

Audit Coordination

Coordinate with internal auditors and statutory auditors for audits, ensuring timely completion and compliance with all audit requirements.
Address audit observations and implement corrective actions.

ERP and Systems Knowledge

Experience with
Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision)
preferred.

Preferred candidate profile

Qualified
Chartered Accountant (CA)
with
45 years
of post-qualification experience
Strong understanding of
Ind AS
and
International Transfer Pricing regulations.
Hands-on experience in
finalization of accounts and audit coordination
.
Proficiency in MS Excel and working knowledge of
Navision ERP
is an added advantage.
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
