Role & Responsibilities

Financial Accounting & Reporting

• Assist in preparation and analysis of financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L, and Cash Flow).
• Support financial forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and MIS reporting.
• Balance Sheet finalization, ledger scrutiny, and schedule preparation.

Taxation & Statutory Compliance

• Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, and ROC compliance including filing returns, reconciliations, challans, and documentation.
• Ensure statutory compliance for Listed Entity norms and SEBI-related finance requirements.
• Assist in CMA data preparation, working capital documentation, and banking compliance.

Audit & Controls

• Participate in statutory audit, internal audit, tax audit, and ensure adherence to internal controls.
• Maintain required documentation for audit trails, statutory records, and compliance reports.

Team Support & Coordination

• Work closely with cross-functional departments to ensure accuracy of data.
• Provide support to senior finance team members as required.

Requirements

Education:

• Chartered Accountant (CA)

Experience:

• Fresher CA with articleship experience in Accounting/Finance/Taxation.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong understanding of accounting principles, taxation (GST / TDS / Income Tax), financial reporting.
• Knowledge of CMA data preparation and statutory compliance for listed entities.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally / ERP).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as in a team.
