This role involves preparation of monthly return of GSTR1 for outward supplies, GSTR 3B for Input tax credit and GSTR 6 for ISD for GSTR9 Annual return, GL accounting, material accounting and MIS reporting.
1. Preparation of Sales and Purchase workings for filing monthly GSTR1 and GSTR 3B Returns.
2. GST Input tax distribution under ISD.
3. Providing data for GST Annual Return and reconciliation of Turnover / ITC with accounts.
4. Handling GST audit requirement.
5. Accounting for clearing of GST Liability accounts and Input Tax Credit accounts.
6. Reconciliation of Claims Ledgers with Electronic Credit ledger
7. Assist internal / statutory auditor to carry out audit work.
8. Ensure all statutory liabilities are paid and cleared.
9. Obtaining Turnover certificate.
10. Handling intercompany customer /vendor reconciliation
11. Monitoring material accounting for High-speed diesel / Motor spirit
12. Ensure compliance to Direct Tax & Indirect Tax laws.
13. Ensure compliance to Corporate Laws and Accounting standards.
1. Knowledge about GST Law / Direct Tax Law
2. SAP FICO /MM and SD Modules
3. Knowledge about SAP Material Accounting.
4. Sound knowledge of MS- Excel.
5. Good Interpersonal communication skills.
6. Ability to perform under pressure.
7. Ability to work with strict timelines.
8. Team player.
