Were doing it with energy, curiosity and sheer dedication, always learning from unique perspectives of those around us, expanding our thinking, growing our capabilities and redefining impossible There are so many reasons to join us If youre hungry to build a varied and meaningful career in a community of brilliant and diverse minds to make a real difference, theres only one choice, C2C CORE Sr Subject Matter Leader ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead and coordinate GBS CORE Pricing & Commercial team work lead role Support CORE Pricing & Commercial Agreements team in preparation, implementation and open topics relay, coordinate and supervise those activities performed by the team Preparing and co-driving fit-to-template workshops concerning implementation of CORE template in countries, ensuring those activities are being actioned by the rest of the team Testing of new functionalities of the system supporting UATs Conducting and coordinating exploratory testing Guiding and supporting users in implementation of new functionalities Ensuring process is documented Coordinating with global stakeholders with regards to implementation Collaborating with third-party providers Cutover management Data migration WHO YOU ARE: Preferably a university degree or equivalent, especially with main focus on, Order to Cash or Supply Chain Management, with focus area of Pricing & Commercial Agreements Alternatively an equivalent progressive working experience; 5+ years of experience in Contract-to-cash or Supply Chain Management, in particular, managing pricing and commercial agreements in SAP English: fluent in speech and writing, Spanish beneficial Strong communication and presentation skills; Proactive can-do attitude Advanced MS Office; Advanced experience with ERP systems Advanced SAP experience; Problem solving skills; Ability to embrace change and be able to work in a changing environment; Willingness and availability to travel Ever feel burnt out by bureaucracyUs too Thats why were changing the way we work for higher productivity, faster innovation, and better results We call it Dynamic Shared Ownership (DSO) Learn more about what DSO will mean for you in your new role here https: / / bayer / en / strategy / strategy Bayer does not charge any fees whatsoever for recruitment process Please do not entertain such demand for
