C1_AI Application Developer_PAN INDIA

: Role Overview

As the Lead AI Application Developer, you will architect and drive the implementation of the Agentic AI platform, guiding end-to-end development from concept to deployment. You will lead the technical execution, ensure modular and scalable architecture, and mentor the developer team to deliver high-quality, production-ready AI agents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead sprint planning, code reviews, and architecture discussions.
  • Ensure compliance with secure coding, performance, and test coverage standards.
  • 610 years in software development (Python/Node.js/Java)
  • Experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, Mistral, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of agent frameworks (LangChain, Autogen, CrewAI, etc.)
  • Experience with FastAPI, REST APIs
  • Version control (Git), CI/CD
  • Vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, CrewAI etc.)
  • Prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, memory, and tool integrations
  • Strong leadership and project ownership

Key Skills

  • 7 years in Python, FastAPI, asyncio, microservices
  • Expertise in LLM integration (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, LangChain/LLamaIndex)
  • Experience with containerized deployment (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Strong understanding of design patterns and event-driven systems
  • Leadership in Agile/Scrum environments

KPIs

  • Lead delivery of 10 reusable AI agent modules per quarter
    • Maintain <10 PERCENT bug rate post-deployment across agent features
  • Ensure 90 PERCENT unit test coverage for core modules
  • Conduct 2 architecture and design review sessions monthly
  • Contribute to 100 PERCENT uptime and reliability in production services
