C++ Developer

Job Description

We are looking for a Senior C++ Developer with 7-10 years of experience and expertise in Automation Principles , C++ Builder , and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) . In this role, you will work on high-performance applications, automate key development tasks, and contribute to the design and implementation of scalable, maintainable systems. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain software applications using C++ . Implement automation solutions for repetitive tasks, including test automation , build automation , and CI/CD pipeline integrations , following Automation Principles . Utilize C++ Builder to develop high-performance, cross-platform applications, with a focus on rapid application development. Apply Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles such as inheritance, encapsulation, and polymorphism to design clean, reusable, and efficient code. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, deliver solutions, and ensure quality and performance standards are met. Troubleshoot and optimize code for performance, memory management, and scalability. Ensure the application is fully automated and integrates seamlessly into the development pipeline. Write unit tests and automated testing scripts to ensure code quality and functionality. Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers on best practices for C++ development and automation. Required Skills & Qualifications: 7-10 years of proven experience in C++ development , with hands-on knowledge of C++ Builder or similar IDEs. Strong understanding of Automation Principles in software development, including automation frameworks, test automation, and continuous integration. Solid experience with Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and object-oriented design principles. Familiarity with C++ Builder , including its libraries, tools, and frameworks. Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms , and performance optimization . Excellent debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with version control systems like Git. Preferred Skills: Experience with additional automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Jenkins, Ansible). Experience with cross-platform development and deployment. Familiarity with cloud-based development environments and services. Knowledge of multithreading and parallel programming in C++. Exposure to Agile methodologies . Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science , Software Engineering , or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
