BY/JDA Factory Planner

Job Summary

• Lead implementation and optimization of Blue Yonder (BY/JDA) Factory Planner solutions for clients.
• Design, configure, test, and deploy Blue Yonder modules (Production Planning, Scheduling, Demand Planning, Enterprise Supply Planning).
• Analyze client supply chain and manufacturing processes to translate business needs into functional specifications.
• Develop and maintain feasible factory production schedules balancing throughput, inventory, and fulfillment.
• Use BY tools to balance customer demand with constraints (materials, capacity, due dates).
• Coordinate production workflow, managing equipment, raw materials, and labor needs.
  

• 5-10 years’ experience as a BY Factory Planner, including implementation and client stabilization.
• 3-5 years’ experience in supply chain planning, production planning, or manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience in configuration, design, and integration of BY/JDA solutions.
• Deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain planning, production planning, and scheduling.
• Strong proficiency in configuring and delivering supply chain solutions.
• Familiarity with BY modules: Production Planning, Scheduling, Demand Planning, Enterprise Supply Planning.
• Experience with scripting languages (SQL or Python) for analytics (preferred).
• Experience with cloud technologies (preferably Microsoft Azure).
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  

• Must be able to work with minimal supervision and interact directly with clients.
• Video interview required.
• Some travel may be required.
• Strong communication and documentation skills needed.
