Buyer - Business Operations Analyst

Role Overview: As a Supply Chain - Business Operations Analyst 2 at HP Inc., you will have the opportunity to lead a broad range of complex supply chain processes for a large global business unit. Your role will involve improving current business processes, enhancing performance metrics, and identifying opportunities to streamline and optimize operational processes. Additionally, you will manage special projects, communicate requirements to global planning teams, and provide innovative solutions to operational issues within both SAP and non-SAP environments. Key Responsibilities: - Lead a broad range of complex supply chain processes such as inventory analysis, demand planning, import/export operations, and sales and operations planning for a large global business unit. - Execute complex demand and supply matching activities, connecting planning to execution, and identifying issues and their impact. - Prioritize backlog management and partner with global business units and supply bases to generate and deliver demand signals. - Lead cross-functional planning teams to maintain and enhance current business processes, define and review performance metrics, and identify improvement opportunities. - Manage priority projects, communicate requirements to global planning teams, mentor junior-level staff, and establish guidelines for mentorship programs. - Lead and manage a regulatory trade compliance program. Qualifications Required: - Four-year or Graduate Degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline. - 7-10 years of work experience in supply chain, operations, or a related field, with a minimum of 14-16 years of experience in the supply chain function. - Experience in more than one supply chain function with a primary focus on Logistics (Procurement, Order Management, Sales). - Minimum 5-6 years of experience in various SAP S4 relating to Forward Logistics, Reverse Logistics, procurement, and Sales order management.
