To provide highly personalized and anticipatory service to assigned guests, acting as the single point of contact for all their needs throughout their stay, ensuring an impeccable and seamless luxury experience.

Responsibilities

• Guest Liaison:

  Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned guests, managing all requests from arrival (check-in) to departure (check-out) with grace and efficiency.

• Personalized Service:

  Handle and anticipate specific guest preferences, including arranging dining reservations, spa bookings, transportation, and custom in-room setup.

• In-Room Service:

  Perform meticulous tasks such as

  packing/unpacking

  , wardrobe management,

  polishing footwear

  , and coordinating laundry services.

• F&B Service:

  Execute personalized

  In-Room Dining

  service, including setting up and clearing meals, serving beverages, and attending to mini-bar stocking.

• Room Presentation:

  Coordinate closely with the Housekeeping team to ensure the guest room is maintained to the highest

  luxury standard

  and prepared meticulously for turndown service.

• Discretion & Communication:

  Maintain complete

  discretion

  regarding guest affairs and communicate all relevant information accurately and promptly to the operational teams (Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B).

Requirements

• Experience:

  1-3 years

  of experience in a high-end service environment, such as luxury hotel Front Office, Housekeeping, or F&B service. Previous formal Butler training or experience is a strong asset.
