Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Butler at The Leela Palace Chennai. The Butler will be responsible for providing personalized service to guests, managing guest requests, and ensuring their comfort and satisfaction. Daily tasks include assisting with check-ins and check-outs, coordinating with other departments, maintaining guest records, and overseeing the cleanliness and setup of guest rooms. The role requires a commitment to delivering high standards of service and attention to detail. This position is located in Chennai, India.

Qualifications

• Candidates from Front Office and F&B Service departments will be preferred.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Experience in hospitality and guest services
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to anticipate guest needs and provide personalized service
• Attention to detail and the ability to maintain high standards
• Proficiency in managing guest records and coordinating with other departments
• Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
• Relevant certification or diploma in hospitality management or a related field.
