Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant Specialist at The Leela Palace Chennai. The Restaurant Specialist will oversee daily restaurant operations including food service and preparation. Responsibilities also include providing excellent customer service, ensuring effective communication among staff, and assisting in the hiring process. The role is located in Chennai.

Qualifications

• Skills in Food Service and Food Preparation
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Hiring and managing staff
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Relevant certifications or degrees in hospitality or related fields
