Butler

A butler is a professional household manager responsible for the smooth operation and overall comfort of a private residence. They manage household staff, oversee dining arrangements, maintain inventory, and handle a wide range of tasks, including personal service and event planning. Butlers require strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Key Responsibilities:

• Household Management:Overseeing daily operations, coordinating staff, managing household budgets, and maintaining the property.
• Event Planning:Organizing and executing events, receptions, and special occasions, meticulously handling all details.
• Personal Service:Providing personalized service to the employer and their guests, including receiving guests, attending to their needs, and running errands.
• Staff Management:Supervising and coordinating the work of other household staff, such as housekeepers, chefs, and groundskeepers.
• Inventory Management:Maintaining accurate records of household supplies, food, and other items, ensuring timely replenishment.
• Administrative Tasks:Handling correspondence, scheduling appointments, managing travel arrangements, and other administrative duties.
• Special Requests:Attending to unique and often unpredictable needs of the employer and their guests.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain order.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with staff, guests, and vendors.
• Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport with individuals, maintain discretion, and provide exceptional service.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
