Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Butler to join our team in the Hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work well under pressure, and provide top-notch service to our clients.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and coordinate daily operations of the hospitality department.
Provide exceptional customer service to guests and ensure their needs are met.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in all areas.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Butler or in a similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards.
Familiarity with hospitality industry software and systems.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
