We are seeking experienced and service-oriented Butlers to deliver exceptional, personalized hospitality services to an HNI family and their guests at a private luxury resort located in Gir Forest. The role requires the highest standards of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail, ensuring a seamless and refined living experience in an exclusive and serene environment.
Provide highly personalized, discreet, and professional service to family members and guests at all times.
Anticipate guest needs and preferences related to dining, leisure, travel, and daily routines.
Coordinate closely with F&B, housekeeping, security, and operations teams to ensure smooth and timely service delivery.
Manage fine dining services including table setup, service etiquette, wine and beverage service, and private dining arrangements.
Assist with travel-related services including packing/unpacking, wardrobe management, and personal assistance.
Arrange and coordinate safari experiences, nature excursions, and local activities as required.
Support in planning and executing private events, family gatherings, and special occasions at the resort.
Ensure villas, guest rooms, and common areas are maintained at the highest luxury and hygiene standards.
Act as a single point of contact for assigned family members, ensuring efficiency, responsiveness, and confidentiality.
Maintain strict confidentiality while handling sensitive personal and family
