Job Description

Act as the primary point of contact for assigned guests throughout their stay


Welcome guests upon arrival and assist with check-in, room orientation, and unpacking (if applicable)


Anticipate guest preferences and personalize services accordingly


Handle guest requests efficiently and discreetly, ensuring timely resolution


Assist with packing, departure arrangements, and check-out coordination


Qualifications & Skills


Diploma or degree in Hotel Management or related field preferred


1–3 years of experience in luxury hotel guest services (Butler, Guest Relations, or Front Office)


Excellent communication skills and service etiquette


Strong organizational and multitasking abilities


High level of grooming, professionalism, and attention to detail


Ability to remain calm under pressure


Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
