Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located at The Leela Palace Chennai for a Food and Beverage Associate and Hostess. The role involves greeting and seating guests, managing reservations, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring that guests have a pleasant dining experience. Additionally, the role includes coordinating with the kitchen and service staff, overseeing the cleanliness and presentation of the dining area, and handling guest inquiries and special requests.
