Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Food and Beverage Service Associate located at The Leela Palace in Chennai. The Food and Beverage Service Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing daily operations in the food and beverage department, assisting guests with their dining needs, and ensuring a seamless and enjoyable dining experience for all guests. Additional responsibilities include managing table settings, taking orders, serving food and drinks, and maintaining cleanliness and organization in the service areas.
