Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mayur Vihar for a Food and Beverage Service Associate. The role involves daily tasks such as providing exceptional food and beverage service to guests, taking accurate orders, and ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction. The associate will maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, assist with menu recommendations, and ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards. Engaging with guests professionally and addressing their needs promptly will be integral responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of food and beverage service practices, menu techniques, and guest handling
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork abilities
• Understanding of hygiene compliance and ability to maintain cleanliness standards
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to address guest queries effectively
• Previous experience in food and beverage service or hospitality roles is beneficial
• Certification in hospitality or food safety is a plus
