Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Food and Beverage Service Associate at The Leela Palace Chennai. The Food and Beverage Service Associate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking and serving orders, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. The role also involves assisting with food and drink preparation, handling transactions, and addressing any guest inquiries or issues promptly and professionally.
