*Position Overview*

The F&B Server will provide high-level food and beverage service within a VIP private household. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, refined service etiquette, and the ability to anticipate the needs of principals and their guests. The ideal candidate will deliver discreet, personalized, and efficient service while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

Food & Beverage Service

* Provide formal and informal dining service according to household standards.

* Serve meals, snacks, and beverages promptly and elegantly.

* Set up dining tables with proper linens, flatware, glassware, and dcor.

* Present and serve dishes with refined etiquette, including silver service (if required).

* Prepare and serve tea, coffee, cocktails, and specialty beverages.

* Ensure seamless coordination with the kitchen regarding meal timing and special requests.

Guest Experience :

* Greet principals and guests warmly and professionally.

* Anticipate needs and provide personalized, unobtrusive service.

* Maintain privacy, discretion, and confidentiality at all times.

* Handle special dietary requirements and guest preferences with accuracy.

Operational Duties :

* Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, pantry, and service stations.

* Manage inventory of F&B supplies, tableware, glassware, and linens.

* Report maintenance or equipment needs promptly.

* Assist with event setup, canaps, receptions, and private functions as required.

* Follow all household protocols and security guidelines.

Team Collaboration

* Work closely with the chef, house manager, and other staff to ensure smooth service flow.

* Support the household team during events and busy periods.

* Attend briefings and provide feedback for continuous improvement.

*Requirements*

Experience & Skills :

* Previous experience in luxury hospitality, high-end restaurants, private households, or 5-star hotels.

* Excellent knowledge of food service etiquette and table settings (formal & informal).

* Strong understanding of wines, spirits, and beverage pairings (WSET a plus).

* Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.

* Exceptional attention to detail and multitasking ability.

Additional Information

* Work schedule: Full-time; flexible hours depending on household needs.

* Reports to: House Manager/Butler/Chief of Staff (depending on household structure).

Compensation: 50,000 per month
