Butler Manager

As the Butler Manager at Andaz Bali, you will lead a team dedicated to creating unique and memorable experiences for our guests. Your primary focus will be on maximizing guest satisfaction by collaborating closely with Front Office, Housekeeping, Food and Beverage, and other operational departments. Your role will play a crucial part in ensuring that our guests have immersive Sanur village experiences that align with our core values of Empathy, Integrity, Respect, Inclusion, Experimental, and Wellbeing. To excel in this position, you must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a managerial role within butler or guest services at a luxury resort. Your proven leadership skills will be essential in inspiring, coaching, and developing a high-performing team that consistently delivers exceptional service. A strong operational knowledge across Front Office, Housekeeping, and F&B will enable you to orchestrate distinctive guest experiences that leave a lasting impression. Effective communication is key in this role, and fluency in English is a must. Proficiency in additional languages would be advantageous. Your success will also hinge on your organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage schedules, budgets, and guest preference records with precision.
