Job Description

Collaborate with stakeholders eg. Architects, Consultants, Structure in providing optimized design to prepare the concept, SD, DD, Builders Work, Tender, VFC releases within the DDS timelines and scope as per area of operation (HO )
Review quality of Consultants entire delivery and ensure compliance to benchmarking, policies, liaison approvals and relevant codes and standards. Resolve Consultants performance related delays.
Prepare all Authority submissions, while ensuring the correctness and completeness before delivery of all such packages.
Review the construction documents (shop drawings, material submittals, GA drawings, etc. ) of the contractors within policy timelines as per area of operation
Support the Project teams in resolving technical issues related to design or drawings arising during site coordination and execution
