About the Role

We are seeking a professional and experienced Butler to join our Luxury Villa team. The ideal candidate will deliver personalized, discreet, and high-end guest service, ensuring a seamless stay for our clients.

• Key Responsibilities welcome guests and provide a warm, professional arrival experience.
• Manage day-to-day villa operations, ensuring privacy and luxury standards.
• Coordinate housekeeping, dining, and guest service needs.
• Serve meals, beverages, and arrange bespoke dining experiences.
• Anticipate guest requirements and deliver tailored hospitality solutions.
• Handle reservations, transportation, and itinerary assistance.
• Maintain villa upkeep, ambiance, and readiness at all times.
• Skills & Qualifications2–3 years’ experience as a Butler / Guest Relations Associate in luxury villas, resorts, or 5-star properties.
• Exceptional communication skills (English proficiency preferred).
• Strong etiquette, grooming, and professional presentation.
• Multi-tasking ability across service areas – housekeeping, dining, guest relations.
• Highly guest-focused with attention to detail and discretion.
