Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Butcher to join our team on INDUS Cruise Line, with 3-6 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and maintain high-quality meat products, including freshness and presentation.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless food preparation and service.
Develop and implement effective inventory management systems to minimize waste and optimize resources.
Conduct regular quality checks to ensure compliance with company standards.
Assist in menu planning and development to enhance customer satisfaction.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a butcher or in a related field within the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of meat products, including their characteristics and uses.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
