Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Butcher to join our team on INDUS Cruise Line, with 3-6 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and maintain high-quality meat products for various culinary events.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and presentation standards.
Ensure proper storage and handling of raw materials to prevent spoilage and contamination.
Develop new menu ideas and recipes to enhance the dining experience.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guests' requests and resolving any issues professionally.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a butcher or similar role in the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of different types of meat and their cooking methods.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with colleagues and guests.
Ability to work well under pressure, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
