Job Title: Business Development Intern – IT (Female Only)
Location: Jhotwara, Jaipur
Employment Type: Internship (Full-time/Part-time)
Stipend: 5000-20,000 per month
Duration: 3 months

About the Role

The Business Development Intern will support the sales and marketing team in identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and contributing to revenue growth. This role is ideal for female candidates who are enthusiastic about technology, client engagement, and sales strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industries, and trends in the IT domain.
• Assist in generating leads through various channels including LinkedIn, email outreach, and networking platforms.
• Support sales presentations, proposal development, and client communication.
• Maintain and update the CRM system with lead and client information.
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather product information and ensure accurate communication with prospects.
• Participate in meetings, demos, and follow-ups with clients.
• Prepare weekly reports on outreach activities, leads, and conversion progress.
• Contribute ideas to improve sales processes and marketing strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Female candidates only (as per company diversity initiative).
• Bachelor’s degree or ongoing studies in Business, IT, Marketing, or related fields.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of IT products, software services, or SaaS solutions (training will be provided).
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools (preferred).
