About the Program

Our new program addresses the growing anxiety among high school students and their parents about university admissions. It offers a structured pathway that helps students make informed decisions, starting as early as 9th grade in India or their junior year in the USA.

The program is a comprehensive, three-phase journey:

• Diagnostic Phase:

  Using a "Test Before You Invest" approach , we assess students' natural aptitudes, personality types, and career inclinations. This phase includes our multi-dimensional "College Ready Test" to measure a students readiness across academics, profile strength, and decision-making ability.

• Planning Phase:

  We guide students and families through strategic planning for both Indian and international admissions. This includes career mapping, country and course selection, and financial planning.

• Action Phase:

  We provide personalized mentorship to get adissions into the desired college and take complete responsibility of applications, admissions and cost planning.

Your Role & Responsibilities

As the Project Manager, you will be the driving force behind this program's success. Your core responsibilities include:

• Strategic Leadership:

  Position FACT as a full-spectrum career strategy partner, not just a test prep or study abroad brand. You will be responsible for the overall strategic goals and the programs vision.

• Program Development:

  Finalize test formats, design digital tools, and create all program collateral.

• Pilot & Refinement:

  Oversee the pilot program with 2050 students to gather feedback and refine the offering.

• Team Management:

  Train the internal team and school partners to ensure seamless delivery and scalability.

• Marketing & Outreach:

  Execute marketing strategies, including free webinars, school tie-ups, and leveraging parent testimonials to build a strong pipeline. You will be key in using marketing hooks that appeal to parental concerns and student aspirations.
