Job Description

Role Overview: As a Business Transformation Associate Manager at Accenture, you will play a crucial role in developing transformation visions, assessing feasibility and capability gaps, managing transformation journeys, and leveraging economic trends to enhance industry competitiveness and drive sustainable growth. Your responsibilities will include executing transformation initiatives for customer support and operations under the guidance of the Transformation Lead. Key Responsibilities: - Develop a transformation vision and assess feasibility and capability gaps - Plan and manage transformation journeys - Translate economic trends into industry competitive advantage - Transform a business to enable profitable and sustainable growth - Execute transformation initiatives for customer support and operations - Conduct process diagnostics, deep dives, and opportunity assessments (automation, analytics, simplification, optimization) - Prepare initiative documents like Project Charters defining timelines, resource requirements, dependencies, and risks - Track initiative progress, identify and highlight challenges, and collaborate with relevant teams to resolve them - Prepare and distribute progress reports in standard formats defined by the PMO - Align Change Management strategy and action plan and support in executing the same - Collaborate with the wider ecosystem to understand innovations and assess their relevance for the client context Qualifications Required: - Any Graduation - 5-8 years of overall experience in managing transformation for contact center operations with deep domain knowledge - Experience of working in a shared service environment (BPO Provider or Captive) - Working knowledge of automation platforms (UiPath, Power Automate), analytics tools (Power BI, Alteryx), GenAI apps - Strong problem-solving, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills - Adaptable, flexible, detail-oriented, and committed to quality - Ability to establish strong client relationships and manage Global Teams - Strong analytical skills and Green belt certification preferred - Working knowledge of Salesforce and Genesys preferred,
