What are we looking for
6 to 8 years of relevant experience of leading and performing as a business transformation/ Data lead or advisor in BPO or service sector with hands on experience handling data driven decisionsHands on experience in driving analytics using statistical tools like Minitab and data automation projectsExperience in driving automation (RPA) and AI transformationProject Management expertise and demonstrate strong understanding of Process modeling tools and conceptsIdeally a certified Black Belt from a reputed organization (on par with ASQ, BMGI, ISI, etc.)Should be skilled in generating insights from large data sets, tailored to client requirementsBachelor or Master’s in Business, Statistics, Math, Computer Science, Physics, Engineering or related scientific disciplinesGenAI and Agentic Knowledge Preferrable as well as AI LLM data trainingBasic scripting knowledge to design simple macros or AppScript solutions independentlyThe person should be capable of building solution architectures for proposed initiatives with a focus on business outcomesUnderstanding of Generative AI, AI, and Agentic AI fundamentals, with the ability to leverage these technologies in daily operations
