Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Business Technology Solutions Lead / Senior Solution Lead with 6-16 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creating impactful value stories for clients and driving business growth.

Roles and Responsibility

Collaborate with key accounts and business line COEs to develop strategic solution pitches and address client requirements.
Prepare and present strategic solution pitches to clients in workshops, leveraging specific portfolio offers and solutions from AMS, Cloud, SAP, Data, Applications Modernization, etc.
Work with accounts and business lines to create value stories, best-in-class solutions, sales pitches, and differentiating assets.
Develop and maintain relationships with cross-service line teams and practices to drive value proposition and support proposals.
Make measurable impact on the pipeline of strategic opportunities for the business unit and conversions, focusing on opportunities won.
Support proposals and work with cross-service line teams to drive value proposition.

Job Requirements

Experience in creating impactful value stories for clients in various portfolio and solution domains.
Experience working on deals supporting proposals and collaborating with cross-service line teams and practices to drive value propositions.
Strong understanding of Capgemini solutions and value propositions.
Ability to learn about Capgemini solutions and value propositions and step into account manager or solution leader roles in the future.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-service line teams and practices.
