Business Systems Specialist (B2B SaaS Tools)

About the Role

As a B2B Tools Domain Expert, you will use your practical experience with Notion, Salesforce, and Jira to analyze workflows, review configurations, annotate tool actions, and evaluate multi-step enterprise processes. You will validate how AI systems interact with these tools, identify errors, and provide expert feedback to help improve AI-driven B2B workflows.

Responsibilities

• Annotate workflows, tool actions, and system behavior across Notion, Salesforce, and Jira
• Evaluate AI-generated steps for correctness, data integrity, and workflow alignment

• Review tasks such as record updates, dashboard changes, issue creation, automation triggers, and workspace configurations

• Identify incorrect actions, permission issues, or mismatches in expected vs. actual behavior
• Validate CRM/ERP-style operations: lead routing, pipeline updates, object relationships, workflow rules, and data flows
• Review and analyze workspace structures, templates, databases, tickets, forms, and user roles
• Provide clear feedback on tool usage, process gaps, and workflow improvements
• Maintain high-quality, consistent annotations following project guidelines
• Collaborate with internal AI and product teams to refine evaluation criteria and tool actions.

Skills & Experience Required

• 2-4 years of Hands-on experience with:
• Notion – pages, databases, templates, automations, permissions
• Salesforce – objects, workflows, validation rules, dashboards, record management
• Jira – issue types, workflows, boards, project configuration, user permissions
• Strong understanding of B2B SaaS workflows, user roles, and access structures
• Ability to analyze processes, troubleshoot issues, and validate operational steps
• Excellent attention to detail and strong documentation skills

• Experience in QA, workflow mapping, or process evaluation is a plus
