Job Description

Role Overview: As a Senior Associate Business Analyst at NTT DATA, you will be a developing subject matter expert responsible for collaborating with internal and external clients to identify requirements and define solutions to address business, process, and systems challenges within the organization. Working under supervision when necessary, you will serve as a liaison among stakeholders to understand the organization's structure, policies, and operations, recommending solutions to help achieve its goals. Key Responsibilities: - Act as a bridge between business problems and technology solutions. - Support the analysis, transformation, and resolution of business problems using technology. - Collaborate with internal clients to determine business requirements and define solutions for business, process, information, and system issues or improvements. - Deliver business projects aligned with sponsor requirements and enterprise architecture. - Proactively develop and deploy enhanced services and platforms, covering all functional aspects from definition to deployment. - Identify and document operational gaps, including user guides, templates, test cases, and related user training. - Assist in resolving service-related issues. - Adhere to relevant development and support processes. - Communicate and escalate issues promptly and seek assistance for issue closure. - Take responsibility for delivering project elements under appropriate guidance and supervision. - Perform any other related tasks as required. Qualifications Required: - Developing understanding of business practices and processes. - Team player with good client service orientation, administrative, and organization skills. - Developing expertise in specific systems, processes, and technologies for analysis. - Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to listen empathetically and engage effectively with stakeholders. - Knowledge of project management methodology. - Good analytical skills to convert business requirements into operational deliverables. - Strong documentation skills, including functional requirements, test cases, system user documentation, and presentations. - Working knowledge of Microsoft Exchange, Word, Excel Project, PowerPoint, and Visio. - Understanding of systems commonly used in a services organization, e.g., ServiceNow, Siebel, Remedy, SAP, EMS (advantageous).
