Job Description

As a candidate for the position, you will be responsible for ensuring that the manpower at the site is equipped to tackle challenges through guidance, grooming, development, and support whenever necessary. You will also be involved in formulating appropriate budgeting controls, monitoring SLAs & KPIs for JLL and outsourced agencies to ensure effective service delivery. Your key responsibilities will include: - Maintaining service level agreements and ensuring that performance indicator scores are consistently excellent - Overseeing all vendor quotations and invoices - Ensuring proper signoffs for attendance and necessary details for cost sheet submission - Timely submission of client-approved cost sheets to the JLL office and following up for the invoice - Accuracy of billing information - Manpower planning for the site, including involvement in the hiring process - Conducting daily site rounds to ensure proper maintenance of all structures/building facilities and services - Ensuring proper teamwork for all facilities - Assisting client SPOC in creating the annual budget for site operations and formulating effective management strategies - Reviewing and updating data, emails, and client files - Addressing occupants" queries verbally or in written form - Managing complaints effectively and ensuring compliance with health and life safety regulations - Creating and implementing business continuity plans - Resolving emergency maintenance matters promptly - Maintaining strong relationship management with various stakeholders for smooth operations and maintenance of the property - Creating and submitting daily management reports (DMR) and monthly management reports (MMR) - Coordinating and managing the as-built drawing and transition document library - Working closely with regional teams and ensuring closure of all required reports - Facilitating services under the slogan "No Safety No Work."
