Business Success Manager

DA AFK Ventures is a fast-growing e-commerce agency helping brands scale on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, and other leading marketplaces. We offer end-to-end services including product listings, brand management, advertising, inventory handling, and logistics support.

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Success Manager to join our team and contribute to the rapid growth of our client base and strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and reach out to potential D2C/e-commerce brands for onboarding.
• Pitch the agency’s services and value proposition to prospective clients.
• Schedule and conduct sales meetings, product demos, and negotiations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
• Maintain and update the CRM/database of leads, prospects, and follow-ups.
• Build long-term relationships with existing clients to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
• Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly targets for lead generation and closures.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition (e-commerce industry preferred).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office/Google Workspace and CRM tools.
