Job Description

Riyoadvertising is seeking an experienced Business Strategy Manager to lead and support our growth and operational efficiency initiatives in Mumbai. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a strong background in business management, team leadership, and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Develop strategic goals and objectives to drive growth and business success.
Design and implement effective business plans to achieve company goals.
Ensure that resources (staff, materials, equipment) are adequate to meet business needs.
Coordinate and organize operations to maximize productivity.
Supervise staff and provide constructive feedback to enhance performance.
Build and maintain relationships with partners, vendors, and suppliers.
Collect, analyze, and interpret both external and internal data to support decision-making.
Assess and report on company performance in relation to established goals.
Represent the company at events, conferences, and industry gatherings.
Ensure compliance with legal standards and industry regulations.

Eligibility Criteria

Education:
Bachelor s degree in Business Management or a relevant field; MSc or MBA is a plus.
Experience:
5-10 years in a business management role with a focus on strategy.
Skills Required:
Strong leadership and organizational skills, excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, proficient in MS Office, databases, and information systems, knowledge of research methods and data analysis techniques.
