Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Business & Strategy Advisor to guide the strategic growth of our Travel Application focused on Indian tourism. The ideal candidate will bring strong industry knowledge, an established network, and proven expertise in business development, partnerships, and strategic planning within the tourism ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Advise on overall business strategy, product direction, and market expansion .
Identify and establish strategic partnerships with tourism boards, hotel chains, travel operators, and service providers.
Provide insights on market trends, monetization models, customer engagement , and competitive positioning.
Leverage professional networks to drive collaborations, alliances, and business growth .
Support leadership in building a strong brand presence in the Indian tourism industry.
Guide the team on customer behavior, digital travel trends, and potential growth channels.
Monitor industry developments and recommend strategic actions for competitive advantage.

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong understanding of the travel, tourism, or hospitality sector .
Proven experience in business development, partnership acquisition, and strategic planning .
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to think strategically and execute plans effectively.
Professional personality, strong networking abilities, and strong stakeholder management.
Self-starter, proactive approach, and ability to work independently.

Qualification

Bachelor s/Master s degree in Business, Tourism, Hospitality, or related field.
