Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Business Solution Architect with 20 to 24 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in Platform Developers Essentials and Platform Administration to design and implement innovative solutions. This hybrid role requires a strategic thinker who can bridge the gap between business needs and technical capabilities ensuring seamless integration and optimization of our platforms.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of business solutions that align with organizational goals and objectives.
Oversee the development and administration of platforms ensuring they meet business requirements and performance standards.
Provide strategic guidance and technical expertise to cross-functional teams to enhance platform capabilities.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into technical specifications.
Ensure seamless integration of new solutions with existing systems to optimize business processes.
Conduct thorough analysis and evaluation of current systems to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
Develop comprehensive documentation and training materials to support platform users and administrators.
Monitor platform performance and implement necessary adjustments to maintain optimal functionality.
Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from business units.
Implement best practices in platform development and administration to ensure scalability and security.
Coordinate with vendors and third-party providers to integrate external solutions with internal platforms.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance platform efficiency and user experience.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to resolve platform-related issues promptly.

Qualifications
