Role Summary

The Sales Executive is responsible for closing puja bookings, handling customer inquiries, explaining rituals, and converting leads into confirmed services.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound leads via WhatsApp, website, and calls
• Explain puja procedures, offerings, costs, and custom requirements
• Convert leads to bookings through consultative selling
• Maintain CRM data and daily follow-up sheet
• Coordinate with Operations to ensure smooth puja delivery
• Upsell additional offerings: special rituals, packages
• Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets
• Resolve customer queries with empathy and clarity
