We help brands connect emotionally with their customers through curated radio and audio content aligned with their identity and business goals. Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Business Sales Manager to lead client acquisition and revenue growth for our radio and audio solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong B2B sales background, especially in media, advertising, or tech-based services, and a passion for audio branding. Key Responsibilities: Identify and acquire new clients across retail, hospitality, malls, and corporate sectors. Pitch customized radio and audio branding solutions tailored to client needs. Build and manage a strong sales pipeline to achieve monthly and quarterly targets. Conduct client meetings, product demos, and business presentations. Negotiate and close deals, ensuring high client satisfaction and retention. Work closely with the content and operations teams for smooth project execution. Track industry trends and provide feedback on service offerings. Maintain records of sales activities, leads, and client data in CRM tools. Requirements: Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 3–6 years of B2B Sales, Institutional Sales, Channel Sales Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Understanding of audio branding, in-store music, and digital audio trends. Proven track record of achieving sales targets. Ability to handle end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closing. Willingness to travel for business meetings.
