Business Sales Executive

As a Business Sales Executive at Shrimana Tech Services LLP, your role involves managing and expanding the client base across global markets. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with international clients such as those in the UK, US, and Canada. Regularly staying in contact with existing clients to foster long-term business relationships is a key part of your job. Additionally, you will manage and convert leads through the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals. Conducting market research to identify trends and competitive positioning will be essential, along with monitoring performance metrics to ensure sales targets are achieved. Qualifications required for this role include a Bachelor's degree, at least 3 years of sales experience (preferably with international clients), proven success in end-to-end sales processes, excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Experience with CRM is a plus. You should be comfortable working onsite during the UK shift (2 PM - 11 PM IST) and immediate joiners are preferred.
