We are looking for a Lead Decisioning Architect who will lead and oversee the design, development, and implementation of complex decisioning strategies using the Pega Decisioning platform (CDH). The Lead Decisioning Architect will enable transformation of business requirements into decisioning artifacts by collaborating with cross-functional teams, leveraging data analytics, and developing advanced adaptive/ predictive models to guide real-time decision-making processes. The Lead Decisioning Architect will also oversee creation of various actions, treatments, engagement and contact policies in Next-Best-Action Designer. The Lead Decisioning Architect is expected to take a leadership role and mentor other Decisioning Architects via regular code and design reviews.
