Business Relationship Manager

You will be joining CooperBiofuels, a company dedicated to creating a greener future by converting waste into renewable energy. Your role as a Business Relationship Manager will involve establishing and nurturing partnerships with restaurants and food service businesses. Your primary responsibility will be to represent CooperBiofuels and engage with restaurants to form collaborations for the collection of used cooking oil. Your objective will be to enlighten businesses about the advantages of sustainable waste management and ensure smooth cooperation. Your tasks will include identifying and reaching out to restaurants, hotels, and food service establishments to create partnerships, conveying the significance of biofuel production and sustainability, negotiating contracts, and maintaining ongoing relationships. Furthermore, you will be expected to monitor and provide updates on business development initiatives. The ideal candidate for this position should possess exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, although previous experience in sales or business development is preferred but not mandatory. A self-motivated nature with a focus on achieving goals, a genuine passion for sustainability and renewable energy, and the capacity to work autonomously and establish enduring relationships are highly valued qualities. The compensation package includes a choice between a salary-based or commission-based structure, which will be determined based on your experience and preference.
