We are looking for a proactive, articulate, and results-oriented Enrolment Counsellor / Academic Counsellor to join our academic outreach team. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for combining academic advising with consultative sales strategies to provide a superior counselling experience and support our institutional enrollment goals. Your primary location will be in Palarivattom, Kochi. Your main responsibilities will include being the primary contact for prospective students and their families, offering clear guidance on our academic programs, admissions procedures, and institutional offerings. You will also need to respond to inbound inquiries, conduct outbound outreach, and convert prospects into confirmed enrolments using a strategic approach. It is essential to consistently achieve or surpass monthly and quarterly enrolment targets, both individually and as part of a team. Building lasting, trust-based relationships with students and their families to ensure a seamless admission experience is also a key aspect of this role. Additionally, accurately logging and tracking all prospect interactions, lead statuses, and conversion outcomes in the CRM system will be required to support transparent reporting and compliance. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution in any discipline, exceptional verbal and written communication skills, and a demonstrated persuasive ability with a student-first counselling mindset. A goal-driven attitude, ability to perform well under pressure, and prior experience in academic counseling, admissions, or telesales is preferred but not required.
