Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and analytical Business Process Manager to streamline operations, improve workflow efficiency, and support data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership and analytical skills, with relevant experience in the agriculture or food processing domain.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze and optimize business processes across departments.

Develop and implement process improvement strategies.

Monitor KPIs and prepare performance reports.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations.

Lead digital transformation and data analytics initiatives.

Manage, train, and guide team members to achieve operational goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Agriculture, or a related field.

3–5 years of experience in operations, business process management, or data analysis.

Proficiency in software tools such as Excel, ERP, Power BI, or similar platforms.

Strong communication, analytical, and team management skills.

Background in agriculture or food processing preferred.
