Key Responsibilities

• Support the CEO and President & COO on

  execution of strategic initiatives

  across regions
• Track and drive progress on key priorities, partnerships, and growth programs
• Coordinate across sales, delivery, competency, and partner teams to ensure alignment
• Prepare business plans, execution roadmaps, and management updates
• Act as a central point to ensure decisions translate into action
• Identify execution bottlenecks and proactively drive resolution
• Support leadership in internal governance, cadence, and operating rhythm

• Oversee initiatives and lead change programs (Business Execution Focus)

• Provide

  oversight on our marketing narrative, specifically on social media

Ideal Profile

• 815 years of experience in business planning, strategy execution, PMO, or consulting
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Comfortable operating close to senior leadership
• Able to balance structure with flexibility in a growth environment
• High ownership mindset; thrives in ambiguous, fast-moving settings
