Position: Business Partner for OTT based Platform

Location: Rajasthan, Remote

Compensation: 50% Profit Sharing (No fixed salary)

About the Opportunity:

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated partner to join our OTT platform startup. Our platform operates on a subscription-based model, and we are seeking someone to collaborate with us in managing and scaling the platform. This is not a traditional job but a partnership opportunity where you will co-own the platform’s growth and share 50% of the profits.

Responsibilities:

• Sourcing, curating, and uploading high-quality content for the OTT platform.
• Managing platform operations, including content scheduling, user engagement, and platform updates.
• Collaborating on marketing strategies to grow the subscriber base.
• Ensuring smooth user experience and platform functionality.

Requirements:

• Strong interest in the OTT industry and understanding of digital content platforms.
• Experience in content management, digital marketing, or platform operations (preferred but not mandatory).
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Willingness to invest time and effort in a startup with a profit-sharing model.
• Basic technical knowledge to manage backend operations of a website/OTT platform is a plus.
