Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Operations & Strategy Intern based in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, with some flexibility for remote work. The intern will assist in streamlining business operations, support strategic initiatives, and analyze data to inform decision-making. Daily responsibilities include conducting business analyses, collaborating with various teams to optimize workflows, communicating insights effectively, and contributing to process improvement efforts that align with organizational goals.

• Proficiency in Business Operations and Business Analysis
• Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data and drive insights
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Customer Service aptitude and the ability to maintain client relationships
• Proactive problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail
• Enthusiasm for climate-tech, sustainability, and ESG initiatives
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related field (preferred)
