Job Description

Business Operations Manager (Product)

Key Responsibilities

Work with Product & Founders to translate strategy into day-to-day execution.
Build & maintain SOPs, workflows, and operational processes for product and business teams.
Coordinate across Engineering, Sales, Operations, Customer Support, and external partners.
Track product performance, customer feedback, and operational metrics; drive improvements.
Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements to increase efficiency.
Manage third-party vendors, partners, dealers/OEMs and monitor performance.
Ensure smooth product rollout and operational readiness across markets.
Troubleshoot issues, drive resolution, and maintain a customer-first approach.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelors degree in Engineering / Business / Operations; MBA is a plus.
0-2 years of experience in Operations / Product Operations / Business Ops / Program Management.
Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel (SQL is a plus).
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
High ownership, problem-solving ability, and willingness to get things done.
Experience in FinTech, NBFC, lending, EV or dealer/vendor operations is an advantage.
